Older Roku Devices Won’t Be Able To Stream Hulu

Hulu announced that as of June 24, some older Roku devices won’t carry the streamer. Users will get messages, such as: “Hulu is no longer supported on this device. ” Or, “Your user session has expired. ”The affected devices are Roku Streaming Stick models 3420 or earlier and Roku Streaming Player models 2400 to 3100, reports Ars Technica. The About panel under Settings in the Roku interface lists the model installed. The news isn’t a total surprise for subscribers.
