Denver Broncos and FanDuel in NFL first franchise sportsbook deal
Getty Images The National Football League’s (NFL) Denver Broncos have secured a multi-year partnership with FanDuel, which sees the US gambling firm named as an official sports betting and daily fantasy partner of the franchise. The deal means the Broncos become the first NFL team to secure a sportsbook sponsor, after the league permitted franchises to sell sportsbook sponsorships back in February. The agreement is also the first sports betting tie-up for FanDuel with an NFL side. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The gambling operator will now get access to the Broncos’ assortment of marks and logos to use across their sports betting and daily fantasy sports offerings in the state of Colorado. In addition, FanDuel has secured signage displays at the Broncos’ Empower Field at Mile High Stadium, plus advertising on the team’s radio, television and digital platforms.
